A night to remember
Yamini meaning Night, is the night that sets in every year on the evening of 25th of January. It is the night that descends on Bengalooru, gently, slowly, to the mellifluous notes of music and the gentle rhythm of feet. It is the night when the clouds above, part to reveal the star spangled banner of the dark skies. It is the night when the lush green lawns of IIM Bangalore sport their best cushions for the patrons of art.

Yamini over the years
Organized by IIM Bangalore since 2004, it is open to everyone and has attracted over the years a faithful audience across ages. Yamini last year attracted over 4000 footfalls and was a success beyond words.

For the 4000 strong crowd, the event was memorable in many ways. Festivals like the ones SPIC MACAY and others organise go a long way in keeping our dance forms alive.
